Building Inner Strength
Having studied ballet, jazz, and modern dance for several years, Craig was initially drawn to Tai Chi's beautifully choreographed movements. He quickly embraced Tai Chi's gentle approach to strength building and health promoting properties.
Craig teaches Easy 8 Tai Chi form and he teaches and is a Tai Chi for Health Institute certified trainer in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, parts I & II and Tai Chi for Diabetes and Prevention.
Current on-line classes are offered
Tuesdays (free) via Zoom at 10am.

Thursdays at 1pm
and Fridays at 11am
at the 60+ Activity Center in Newport, Oregon.
Registration with the 60+ Activity Center is required.
